Martini Porsche 917

  Long associated with Gulf Oil company orange and light blue colours, the Porsche 917 is also famous for having sported the stripes of Martini racing with which it reaped several great successes. 

 

 The Martini designers were certainly more creative than their counterparts at Gulf. A variety of liveries in the colors of the Italian sponsor decorated the impressive German cars with some original aesthetic choices such as the psychedelic 917 (or hippie).
